Bansha House Stables is based in Bansha, County Tipperary and is located on some of the best limestone land in the world for raising young racehorses.
We are very proud of our horses and our fantastic team of people here who work so hard to produce our continuous flow of Group and Listed performers. Our success is owed greatly to them, many of whom have been with us for years.
 
Con Marnane, along with his daughters Amy and Olivia are one of the top producers of top-class racehorses at the European 2YO in training sales. Con together with his daughter Amy, carefully selects yearlings in the United States, England, France, Germany and of course Ireland. They produce the horses to be sold at all major European Breeze-Up sales,  ready to run at major racetracks around the world.
 
Together, Con, Amy and Olivia's aim is to select a bunch of yearlings that have the athleticism, soundness and temperament to be top-class racehorses. Since 2005 incredibly we have produced no less than 26 Group/ Grade one horses. Our well-muscled graduates are sharp and well-educated enough to race as 2YOs and our training regime is kind enough to ensure that they continue to thrive and enjoy success for many years after that.
 
Some of our star Graduates include Teppal, the winner of the 2018 The Emirates Poule d'Essai des Pouliches (Gr.1), Sands of Mali, the winner of the 2017 Gimcrack Stakes who continued on to win the Group One Qipco British Champions Sprint Stakes as a three year old. In 2019 Forever In Dreams was narrowly beaten in the Group one Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot and third in the Qipco British Champions Sprint Stakes. For a full list of our Graduates please
